Welcome to the Villas of St. George Island Condominiums web site. Our goal here is to keep you informed with most current and relevant information as well as provide valuable resources that are essential to all owners and property managers.

We've had a number of requests from condo owners regarding requests from their mortgage company as to updated insurance policies for the coming year beginning October 2025. The new flood policies for 2025-2026 have just been posted to this website. If you have any questions regarding insurance policies, please email Susie Greenwood at [email protected].

As of January 2025, all monthly dues are payable at the beginning of each month to:

The new fee structure for the monthly dues will be as follows:

Flat (lower) unit: $1037

Townhouse unit: $1108

Again, we are asking that all owners ensure that they or their property managers collect the $40 amenity fee with each rental and forward it to Harvard & Associates either on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
