Welcome to the Villas of St. George Island Condominiums web site. Our goal here is to keep you informed with most current and relevant information as well as provide valuable resources that are essential to all owners and property managers.

This year's Owners/Board meetings was held on September 16th at the Jay Abbott Fire House on 324 East Pine Avenue from 9 am to noon with the first hour devoted to the owners' meeting.  The bulk of the owners meeting was a presentation by John Kjellberg, Board Vice-President, on the impending Villas Renovation Project 2023.  The schedule for renovating each building can be found on our calendar and will be updated promptly should external conditions outside our control force the schedule to change. An email blast will be sent informing everyone of the change as well. We've had a number of requests from condo owners regarding requests from their mortgage company as to updated insurance policies for the coming year beginning October 2023.  The new flood policies for 2023-2024 have just been posted to this website.  If you have any questions regarding insurance policies, please email Susie Greenwood at [email protected].

As of January 2024, all monthly dues are payable at the beginning of each month to:

The new fee structure for the monthly dues will be as follows:

Flat (lower) unit:   $1037

Townhouse unit:   $1108


Again, we are asking that all owners ensure that they or their property managers collect the $40 amenity fee with each rental and forward it to Harvard & Associates either on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
